COMPANY BACKGROUND

Nyamebekyere Tumi Minerals Limited (NTM) (“the company”) is a privately-owned company that is registered and incorporated under the Company Act, 2019 (Act 992) to conduct exploration and large-scale mining. The company is largely focused on the exploration and the subsequent mining of gold and other minerals.

LOCATION, SETTING AND DEVELOPMENT

Ghana is a West African country approximately 600km north of the equator on the Gulf of Guinea. It is bordered by Burkina Faso to the north, the Ivory Coast to the west and Togo to the east. Ghana has an area of approximately 239,000km² and an estimated population of 30.8 million people. English is both the official and commercial language while Twi is the most widely spoken language.

The Nyamebekyere concession lies in the Ahafo Region within the Asunafo North Municipal. The concession covers an area of 150 square kilometers, which corresponds to 714 cadastral units. The concession is located about 170 kilometers northwest of Kumasi, the regional capital of the Ashanti Region. It is located on topographic field sheet 0603A1 and 0603A2.The concession lies within the Sunyani basin separating the Seftwi and Bui greenstone belts of the Birimian supergroup

The Nyamebekyere concession is underlain by Lower and Upper Birimian rocks. The main Lower Birimian metasedimentary rock types are schists, greywackes and carbonaceous phyllites. Even though there are no metavolcanic outcrops, the presence of volcanoclastics and iron pan concretions suggest the existence of Upper Birimian rocks.

A regional exploration program on the Nyamebekyere concession comprised soil geochemistry and auger sampling. The soil sampling program defined anomalous zone striking 10km2 and a width of 3.2km2. The significant anomaly is in close proximity with world class Newmont Ghana Gold Limited (Ahafo).

Results from exploration work carried out suggest huge potential for gold mineralization on the concession and hence further exploration work is warranted to aid in delineating in-situ gold mineralization and resource development.
